Heuer sind am Schindlhof ja wieder viele namhafte Dressurreiter gewesen, viele mit ganz tollen Pferden, aber mir schien es ging nur um Isabell Werth und Bella Rose.
Das trifft jetzt nicht unbedingt die ganze Wahrheit. Und, daß Isabell gewinnt, wenn alle im kreisrum reiten, ist ja jetzt nix Neues. Das gehört auch so, weil sie kann es einfach am allerbesten. Und es gibt einfach nix, das jetzt bei ihr nicht am allerbesten ausgeführt wird! Diese schwierigen Zick-Zack-Traversalen im Galopp, die Pi & Pa Übergänge, einfach alles. Und: niemand auf der Welt ist wohl denn Grand Prix öfter geritten als Isabell Werth. Insofern ist es jetzt nicht so verwunderlich, daß sie den Grand Prix auch gewinnt, wenn sie nach 3 Jahren Abstinenz – es war in der Normandie! – das schöne, langbeinige Orange wieder auspackt. Dann gewinnt sie einfach mit dem schönen Orangen! Aber, was wirklich besonders ist… ist einfach die Tatsache, daß die erfolgreichste Reiterin aller Zeiten, die unbestrittene Nummer 1 in diesem Sport… einfach so viel – sichtbare – Freude daran hat, dieses Pferd wieder am Turnier zu reiten. Und das ist einfach mitreißend.
There were lots of well known dressage riders on the CDI at the beautiful Schindlhof of the Swarovski Family in Tirol, Austria. But it seemed that nothing else happened, than the comeback of Bella Rose with Isabell Werth.
That is not all the truth about this Grand Prix. But... that Isabell wins even if all others ride too… isn´t anything new. It is the way it has to be, because she is just the best of all. There is nothing, no movement, that she can´t perform better than the others. Those difficult Zig-Zag Half passes, the Piaffe & Passage transitions, simply everything. And no other rider has done the Grand Prix de dressage more often than Isabell.
It´s not amazing, that she wins this Grand Prix as well, even if she hadn´t been competing this horse for three years. It has been in Normandie where she made a spectacular performance with Bella Rose in the Team Championships. So, if she takes the beautiful long legged orange one - she wins of course with the orange one.
But the really Special thing about this Comeback is … that the most successful rider of all times, the undisputed number 1 of this sport... Shows such a overwhelming joy to compete this horse again… and that is really enchanting to see. Thanks, for this moment of dedication ...
